FAQ - Why aren't my reports up to date?

After a new employee is added to your Network or attendance is taken for a Course Offering, please allow up to 1 hour for the reports to update.


If it's been longer than an hour, and there are still discrepancies in the reporting, please reach out to the support team - we're always happy to help!
