If you're having trouble initially launching an Online Course, it could be that you need to disable pop-up blockers for your browser.
You may see a red icon in the right corner of your URL bar, or can find this information in your browser settings.
If you have previously launched the Course, and are now having trouble moving forward to new Courses, please clear your browser cache and try again.
Chrome is recommended for Online Courses.
