FAQ - An online Course won't Launch for me - what do I do?

If you are having trouble initially launching an Online Course, it could be that you need to disable pop-up blockers for your browser. Chrome is recommended for Online Courses.

 

You may see a red icon in the right corner of your URL bar or can find this information in your browser settings.

 

If you have previously launched the course and are now having trouble moving forward to new courses, please clear your browser cache and try again.
